Anoka-Hennepin Superintendent Search: Shape the leadership profile at a stakeholder input meeting
An important step forward in selecting the next superintendent of schools for the district is forming a leadership profile based on stakeholder input to identify qualities and characteristics the School Board should consider when evaluating applicants.
As part of forming this guiding document, the School Board is collecting feedback through a survey that will be sent on April 20, along with a series of stakeholder input meetings. Both in-person and remote options are available at the following dates and times:

The stakeholder input meetings will be facilitated by HYA, the executive search firm coordinating the superintendent search with the School Board. Meetings will be approximately 45 minutes. Topics covered will include identifying the desired characteristics and strengths in a new superintendent along with sharing challenges and/or opportunities for the school district this person will need to address. The stakeholder input meetings are open to any interested stakeholder including parents/guardians, businesses owners, and community members. Additional stakeholder sessions for district staff and students are also being planned as part of this process.
Input collected will help shape the District Leadership Profile, which will be presented for review at the May 11 Special school board meeting.
