The first step is to get our teams organized. We have 5 teams; Scheduling, Set up, Hosting, Promotion, and Data. We also have a number of helpers who haven’t expressed any preference and some with more than one.
We want everyone to meet this first time at Starbucks inside Andover‘s Target on Thursday, June 4th at 6:30 PM. After we talk about what we want to accomplish with this fall’s election, we will break into our different teams and work out the details on what each team will be doing. Nobody has to do anything they don’t want to. We have plenty of people in each category, and more are coming.
Carol has a map of all the parks and has researched the regulations, at least for Andover where we want to have our first test run of three parties in July.
Please make every effort to attend this first meeting as it will form the basis for all of our summer actions.
